Exactly! May we be the example of the grace we've received this year and every year.
As I sit here in the hospital your words hit home. I love interacting with the nurses just waiting for an opportunity to talk to them about Jesus. You get this my sister, our trials, the questions we have, is it from God, the devil, the world and sometimes those questions drive the peace from our soul. It matters not where it comes from, trials come and we are to be the evidence of Him in our lives. I was a little discouraged last night about 2 in the morning when I could not sleep trying all too hard to hear God's small still voice. I am never content to just lay without any dialogue. I have an awesome opportunity as the doctor deals with my issue to show them a Godly attitude. they have certainly learned I am frail, physcially and emotionally old woman. When there is a slow time a couple of them will stop by to just talk, oh that is when I get a change to tell His story. With your prayers and others, I am being the evidence of Him just as you are there in the east with the trials you are facing. So glad to finally have my computer, my fingers are flying trying to write my heart. Blessings my friend. Blessings.
Oh, my Betty! Soooo good to hear from you. And that you are on your laptop! WAHOO! I know how God must be using you - still a Missionary! Maybe your prolonged stay in the hospital isn't about you at all. But, about those on the receiving end of your "evidence". Oh, to think of that....I'm so very proud to know you, Betty. Your recovery certainly has been prayed for - from all over this planet probably! Abba is not deaf nor uncaring. He is purposeful. And you are His willing Vessel of Honor. HUGS to you, Wise-hearted Betty.
